Agents can now use your tools: the new MCP marketplace lets you connect GitHub, Stripe, Linear, Slack, Notion, Zendesk, and more, so an agent can look things up and act inside the systems your team already runs on. Installing a server takes a couple of clicks, and we verify the connection before saving it — a wrong token is rejected at install time instead of failing silently later.
Every connected server is scoped to your account and attached to the specific agents you choose. Read-only tools run automatically so answers stay grounded in live data — an order status, an issue's state, a customer record. Anything that writes — creating a ticket, refunding a charge — pauses for a human to approve, shown as an approval card right in the chat. You approve each change, and the agent never claims an action succeeded unless it actually did.
We built this on the open Model Context Protocol, so it is not a closed set of integrations. Alongside the marketplace listings you can connect your own MCP server by pasting its URL, and the same approval flow and per-conversation rate limits apply. Outbound connections are guarded against SSRF, credentials are stored encrypted, and every tool call is logged so you can audit exactly what an agent did and when.
Provenance runs through the whole experience: when an agent uses a tool, the widget shows which server answered, citations note where a fact came from, and the approval card names the system a change will touch. That means a visitor — and you, reviewing the logs later — can always trace an answer or an action back to its source, which is exactly the accountability that makes it safe to let an agent act at all.
MCP tools are available on agent plans and managed from the dashboard, where you can install, test, enable, and link servers to individual agents. To see what an agent looks like once it can act, try the playground or read the MCP docs for how the write-confirm flow works. Pricing for agent seats and message volume is on the pricing page, and the MCP hub lists the servers you can connect today.
