Refund Policy

Merchant of Record

Paid plans on AIML.chat are sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes, and processes any refunds under this policy. Your card statement and receipts come from Paddle on our behalf.

Try before you pay

Every account starts on the Free plan so you can index a site and see the assistant answer before paying anything. We encourage you to evaluate the product on Free before upgrading.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of the first payment on a new paid subscription within 14 days of that charge. This applies to the initial upgrade, not to later renewals.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a new period you did not intend to use, contact us promptly — we review these case by case and, except where a refund is required by law, may issue a courtesy refund at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account address with the charge date, or use the billing portal linked from your dashboard. Paddle can also be contacted directly from the receipt you received for the payment.

Processing and taxes

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Any tax collected is refunded together with the corresponding payment.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing problem, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Accounts with an unresolved chargeback may be suspended until the balance is settled.

Changes & contact

We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated, and the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies. Questions? Email [email protected].
