What your agents can do with Slack

Once connected, an agent can escalate a tricky conversation by posting a summary to your support channel, notify the team when a lead qualifies, or search Slack for context before answering. Reads happen automatically; anything that posts — a message or notification — runs through AIML.chat's write-confirm flow, so the agent proposes and a person approves before anything lands in a channel. That keeps your team in the loop without an LLM posting unchecked. You can route different agents to different channels, so support escalations and sales notifications each land where the right people will see them, and the agent can include a short summary and the cited sources it used.

Connect it in three steps

  1. 1In AIML.chat, open MCP → Marketplace → Slack and click Install.
  2. 2Authorize with Slack (OAuth) and choose the channels the agents may post to — least privilege.
  3. 3Attach the Slack tools to an agent and test: ask it to "notify the support channel about this escalation" and approve the post.

Because posting requires human approval, your channels stay clean and intentional. You start on a real free tier and scale as usage grows — see pricing for the agent and message limits, and the MCP docs for how write-confirm works. Grounded in your content and your connected data, the agent gives accurate, specific answers instead of generic ones — and the built-in analytics surface the questions and requests that come up most, so you always know what to automate next.

Will the agent post to Slack on its own?+

What can the agent do with Slack?+

Search messages and, with approval, post updates and notifications — for example, escalating a conversation or flagging a lead.

Is there a free plan?+
